1. How to place an order on your website?
Pls add the favorite item to your shipping cart, filling the contact information and pay it.
We will deliver the order to you ASAP.
2. Which country do you delivery?
We can ship the products to worldwide.
3. How long can I receive the product once I paid?
The receiving time = the processing time + the delivery time.
The Processing Time:2-4working days. But we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP once make payment .
The delivery time varies with shipping method. For example: usually, DHL takes 3-7 working days, while EMS takes 6-10 business day.
4. What kind of shipping item do you use?
DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / E-packet / EMS/ express including tax ,you can choose what you like.
5. What is the return and replacement policy?
You can return the items if you’re not satisfied with it. But the return shipping charge will be in your side.
we will issue you a full refund after we receive the returned item. Pls make sure the products are in good and original condition before you return it.
6. How much is shipping?
The shipping cost is depends on the destination and the weights of items you need.

7. Will the product trigger customs duty?
If send by DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT / E-packet / EMS, the duty or customs fee depends on your destination country, these additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
There is another type express we used which including tax and clear customs.

9. Can I pay order with my country currency?
