Product introduction:The arch wire former consists of handle, rotary needle, cylinder seat and grooved wheel. The square wire groove has two forms of torque and no torque. Mainly used to correct the arch wire into the shape of the primary dental arch.

Method of operation: 1.Place the square wire in the slot and press the inner needle into the middle of the square wire. 2. The thumb pressed the square wire. 3.Right hand rotating clockwise and press needle.
4.Press needle back to original place, replace index finger with square wire
5. When the right hand returns, rotate the needle to make the bow symmetrical.
Note:
1. The arch wire is embedded in the 0 °torque groove, and the curved wire has no torque.
2. The arch wire is embedded in the groove with a certain torque degree, and the curved wire has a certain torque degree. 3.use alcohol to clean the grooves to keep the groove clean.
