Use of product:

1.The heating needle mounted to the head, the curved part of the top and the key face are reversed, which makes the work easier.

Note: if the heating needle is mounted on the handle, do not bend it.

2.Can't be installed on the handle until the hot needle is cooled,And do not press key during installation, cut off a gutta percha point in a radiating place with a heating needle.

3.Press the key again when you confirm that the heating needle is installed.

4.Clean-up: when heated for a few seconds, the gutta percha can easily be cleaned.

5.After cutting the gutta percha , release the operation button. The cooled down heat needle can be removed from the patient's mouth.

6.Remove the used heating needle from the head of the machine.

Cleaning and disinfection

1.The heating needle must be cleaned and disinfected before each patient uses it.

2.gutta-percha that remains on a heating needle can be wiped off with a medical cotton swab.

3.If used properly, the heating needle can be sterilized at high temperature not more than 25 times. Disinfection time depends on disinfection temperature(At 121 °C, at least 20 minutes, at 132 °C, at least 5 minutes)

Troubleshooting

1.If the heating needle does not work, press the operation button immediately and check the heating tip on the heating needle. If there is a defect, replace the new heating needle.

2.If the LED light on the handle is off during charging, check that the charger is connected to the power supply or check the main power supply itself.
