Methods of use:
Standard expansion screw should be embedded in the plastic base to expand the bow.
For framed expansion screw, insert the short arm end of the four supporting rods into the holes at both ends of the expansion screw, and the long arm end should be welded in the preselected position of the tongue with ring in advance.
The expansion screw was placed in the median position of the maxillary palate of the patient's molds, and the palate was coated with wax. The arch expander was embedded in it, and then the corresponding plastic base was made, or it was made directly on the model with a room temperature solidified base material. The base is then severed from the center and inserted into the maxillary palate, rotating the screw and expanding the arch.
