Operating instructions of dental vacuum forming molding machine:

1. Plug in the power supply to check whether the motor and heating tube is in the good working condition 

2. Open the folding plate of dental vacuum forming molding machine

3. Put and fix a PVC film into the folding plate

4. Lift the folding plate up to electric heat place

5. The electric heat plates has a heating wire on it, turn on the molding machine

6. Load the mold on the vacuum tray 

7. After the PVC film softening, lower the folding plate, unload the mold and open it after cooling.

Because of the different height of the model, the low one does not need to use the steel ball; if the model is high, surround the lower part of the model (unnecessary part) with the steel ball to reveal only the part that needs to be formed. which is the purpose of the steel ball.
 

The advantages: the first one is if the molding part is low, the vacuum film is not easy to get thinner.

The second one is easy to remove the vacuum forming part from the mould

Operation notice:

1.Operate the power plug to detect the working status of the forming machine and the electric heat pipe.

2.Move the upper cover (both left and right) 90 degrees，Place the desired film sheet between the upper and lower frame,Pull down the ball-head lever to clamp it down,Reset the upper cover and press the lift ,Raise the frame to the working height,At the same time, put the packaged products in the center on the net board.Turn on the heating switch and heat the film sheet, When the film sheet is heated lower than the lower frame plane 1cm (about two or three minutes), turn off the heating switch, put the sleeve frame down, and turn on the vacuum motor at the same time, which can be removed after the package is molded.
