Usage of sterilizer box:

1.Place the sterilizer on a flat table

2.Open the lid and put the disinfection beads into the inner tank; the number of disinfection beads should not be too much (not more than 80% of the volume of the inner tank).

3.Turn on the power switch, the heating indicator lights on, and the sterilizer box starts heating. (red light indicates power indicator and green light indicates heating)

4.The heating process is from 0 ℃ to to185 ℃, and the heating time takes 10 to 12 minutes. when the temperature reaches 185 ℃, the tools to be sterilized (such as scissors, razors, etc.) are inserted vertically into the disinfection beads. (note: no plastic tools, no liquids)

5.When the temperature reaches 185 ℃, it only takes 30 seconds to complete the disinfection tool, put on gloves to remove the tool and use it.

6.In the heating process, when the temperature of the inner tank of the sterilizer box reaches 185 ℃, the green heating indicator will go out automatically and the sterilizer box will stop heating; when the temperature of the inner tank is lower than the set temperature, the green heating indicator will be automatically lit and the sterilizer box will be automatically heated.

7.Sterilized beads can be reused over and over again. It is recommended to change them once in 3 to 4 months or when they are dirty.
