Sterilizing Roll

Sterilization roll production:It can be used to pack medical devices for reciprocating and recycling for pressure steam sterilization.

Usage of sterilization roll:

1. Put clean and dry items in the bag. (sterilized items should not exceed 3 / 4 of the length of the sterilized bag, so as to ensure sufficient sealing, otherwise the possibility of the sterilized bag burst will be increased.

2. Sharp instruments should be placed in the opposite direction from the peeling direction (ensure peeling safety)

3. Seal with a seal machine at 220℃ to 260℃.(the operating temperature is proportional to the speed of the machine)

4. According to the requirements, the paper plastic is put into the steam sterilization equipment adjacent to each other, and the sterilization is carried out in the conventional way.

5. High temperature and high pressure 121 degrees or 134 degrees, discoloration sign from blue to full black

6. Ethylene oxide sterilized, discoloration sign changed from red to yellow

7. Store the sterilized bag in a dry, light-free and clean area for use

    

    

   The suitable dimensions of dental instruments are as follows:

    

   5.0cm × 200m : probe, tool setting and other tools

    5.5cm × 200m : dental high-speed handpiece

   7.5cm × 200m : dental forceps

   10cm × 200m : blue injection

   15cm × 200m : plaster scissors, small curved plate

   20cm × 200m : medium bending plate

    

    

   Note:

   This bag is suitable for steam pressure sterilization, but not for packaging of dry heat sterilized products over 140 ℃ 

   Please check the completeness of the sterilization indicator bag before use. If there is damage, please do not use it.

   This product is used once and is not allowed to be reused.
